Epix

Terms of service

The terms under which Epix is provided.

By adding Epix to a Discord server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you are adding it to a server you do not own, you are confirming you have permission to do so.

Using the service

  • You are responsible for how Epix is configured in your server and for what your staff do with it.
  • Epix must not be used to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or access data belonging to servers you do not administer.
  • Automated access outside the documented interfaces is not permitted.

Availability

Epix is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and we publish uptime and incidents openly, but no level of availability is guaranteed — and Epix depends on Discord, which is outside our control entirely.

Your content

Content in your server remains yours. Epix stores only what is described on the Privacy page, only for as long as that page says, and only to provide what you configured.

Suspension

Access may be suspended where a server or account is using Epix to abuse Discord's rules or to disrupt the service for others. Where circumstances allow, we will say why.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the changelog and in the support server before they take effect.
